Maintenance Packages

Maintenance packages are available for both business and personal users.

They can be tailored to your specific needs taking into account the contracted term and contracted mileage of your lease vehicle. For some people this offers total peace of mind and will cover things such as:

  • Servicing of the vehicle

  • Replacement tyres and other consumable parts. (See below for exactly what is and what is not covered)


If you want a more accurate fixed cost of running your vehicle then a maintenance package can give you this.

It reduces unexpected bills and often lowers the overall running costs associated with vehicle use.

Our representatives will assist with quotes and can add a comprehensive maintenance package to your lease contract for an additional fixed monthly cost. We will also provide details of the providers including essential package information and contact details.         



What is included in a Maintenance Package?

  • All manufacturers’ scheduled servicing and MOT test costs (If applicable).

  • General or common replacement parts e.g. bulbs, batteries, exhausts, belts, wiper blades, alternators and starter motors.

  • Mechanical and electrical repairs.

  • Replacements of associated parts due to fair wear and tear including labour.

  • Comprehensive roadside assistance cover. Including free European breakdown assistance.

  • One call booking and management system including free collection and delivery.


  • Replacement tyres for punctures, accidental damage (Excl. VWFS & Mercedes Finance) or where tread depth is worn below 2 mm.

  • Unlimited premium brand tyres replacements (like for like where possible).

  • Free mobile tyre fitting service at home or work (subject to booking).

Benefits of a Maintenance Package

Things that ARE NOT included in your maintenance package:

  • Repairs or replacements due to driver error or driver induced faults and accident damage.

  • Missing, broken or damaged items e.g.  damage to alloy wheels , aerials , wing mirrors

  • Replacement due to abuse or wilful damage

  • Mis-fuelling, lubricant and fluid top ups between service intervals.

  • Replacements subject to an insurance claim or where fraud is suspected.

  • Damage to your windscreen and/or any glass replacement.
