We endeavour to protect any information that you provide us with. We understand that all of our customers and prospective customers are quite rightly concerned to know that their data will not be used for any purpose unintended by them, and that their information will not fall into the hands of any unauthorised third party.

If you think our policy falls short of your expectations or that we fail to abide by our policy, please let us know. We are registered with the Data Protection Agency for your added peace of mind.

We do NOT hold your emails online or on our servers. So data provided by you is unlikely to be unlawfully available to hackers and snoopers.

We will retain only your email address and contact details on our system. We will not share, or sell, or disclose any details about you or your company to third parties. Any personally identifiable information you provide us with we will not share with Customer Data, Customer Recipient Data or Site Visitor Data without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.
